Intro

I partner with neurodiverse executives and leaders to navigate the complexities of their roles, focusing on executive functioning skills, stress management, burnout prevention, and performance enhancement within the workplace. My diverse clientele spans various industries, including IT, healthcare, and finance, and extends globally. Notable organizations I've collaborated with include Slack, Salesforce, Kognitiv, Accenture, PNNL, Microsoft, Amazon, Brooks Automation, and Toshiba.

What is your specialization and style of coaching?

My coaching specialty centers on neurodiversity-affirming support for neurodivergent professionals, particularly individuals with ADHD, Autism, or AuDHD. I work most effectively with clients who have experienced chronic overwhelm, burnout, job instability, and repeated setbacks that have eroded confidence. A core focus of my work is strengthening executive functioning skills—including task initiation, planning, prioritization, follow-through, and time management—while also addressing the emotional toll that years of struggle, misunderstanding, and masking can create. My coaching style is neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, and strengths-based, paired with a strong practical orientation

What relevant qualifications do you have related to your specialization?

Intensive Autism Coach Training (IACT) through the Association for Autism and Neurodiversity Network (AANE)

What types of clients do you enjoy working with?

I am particularly drawn to clients with ADHD, Autism, or AuDHD who have a history of being misunderstood or mislabeled—people who have worked hard, cared deeply, and still struggled in traditional work, academic, or social environments. I enjoy helping clients who are dealing with late diagnosis, repeated job loss, or identity confusion, and who are ready to replace shame with self-compassion and self-advocacy.

What types of clients get the most value working with you?

I am especially effective with clients who struggle with executive functioning and emotional regulation simultaneously. Clients who feel paralyzed by task initiation, time blindness, procrastination, or competing priorities—while also carrying anxiety, shame, or fear of failure—tend to make meaningful progress with me.

What’s inspiring you lately?

My ongoing volunteer work deeply inspires me through local and regional organizations focused on mental health, recovery, and community well-being. Being involved in advocacy efforts to destigmatize mental health challenges and substance use disorders continually reinforces my belief that these experiences are not moral failings or personal shortcomings, but human realities that deserve compassion, education, and systemic support. This work keeps me grounded in the broader context in which your clients live and struggle.
