Intro
I am a somatic leadership coach, TRE® provider, and serial startup founder. She supports heart-centered creatives, entrepreneurs, and leaders to feel safe enough to be their true selves so they can create, connect, and lead with authenticity and aliveness. She had a 20+ year career in tech and experienced burn out, chronic illness & near death experiences and shares her tools of nervous system regulation and transformation with people navigating uncertainty.
What is your specialization and style of coaching?
I help people feel safe enough to be their true selves and lead with my heart. My style integrates somatic practices like TRE®, Qi Gong, and meditation with creative inquiry, embodiment, and reflection. I support clients to slow down, listen deeply, and transform patterns of burnout, people-pleasing, and self-doubt into courage, clarity, and confidence.
What relevant qualifications do you have related to your specialization?
Certified TRE™ Provider (Tension & Trauma Release), Access Bars® Practitioner, Certified Relational Trauma Coach
What types of clients do you enjoy working with?
I work with entrepreneurs, creatives, and leaders who want to align their work with their values and well-being. My clients are deeply curious, lifelong learners who are open to doing inner work and meeting new parts of themselves in pursuit of authenticity, wholeness, and service. They’re self-starters and dreamers, people unafraid to dream out loud and do things differently. Many are navigating transition, burnout, or identity shifts and are seeking to feel more purposeful, alive, and creatively fulfilled in their leadership and life.
What types of clients get the most value working with you?
Two types of clients tend to get the most value from working with me: Those in transition: who have received enough signals from their environment, team, or body that a chapter has ended or is no longer a fit. They’re ready to navigate the unknown with support, reflection, and care. Those in creation: who have already leapt into the new: pursuing a dream, building a startup, or creating a community. They seek support to stay connected to purpose and values while growing through uncertainty. In both cases, my clients are learning to trust themselves, stay regulated, and lead with heart as they move through change.
What’s inspiring you lately?
Lately, I’ve been inspired by the women of Coralus: a community of entrepreneurs reimagining what supporting women owned businesses can feel like. Their courage to lead with generosity and to protect the dreamers and the dream continues to shape how I think about community, belonging, and emergence.
Anything else you want to include in your profile?
I believe that when we feel safe enough to be our true selves, we become medicine for the world. My work is about helping people remember that, through the body, through the heart, through coaching conversations, we can embody the change we wish to see in the world.
