Intro

Are you ready to move from surviving to unlocking impact? 𝗜 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗺𝘆𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝗮 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗼𝗸𝗲𝗿. I believe that success happens when relationships are built on trust, and I create trust to help leaders find their inspiration to embrace themselves and their leadership journey, creating great outcomes that ripple with impact through their teams and organization—navigating change together with purpose and intention. What is your specialization and style of coaching?

I begin with Energy Leadership, meaning that because we see the world as we are, not as it is, we each bring a unique approach to our leadership. I help you uncover what that looks like for you so that you can harness high energy leadership capabilities. I have created my Origin framework to cultivate your leadership transformation through a process that allows you to contemplate how you see the world to lead energetically, create clarity for your vision and goals, chart your course to allow you to experiment, adjust and align to your purpose, cultivate the culture you want to create and finally calibrate to create the greatest impact possible now and long into your leadership journey!

What types of clients do you enjoy working with?

My focus is on rising leaders - those who are working up, out and through the organization. I believe that this is where the magic happens, and when we grow our abilities at this level of leadership, we can make greater impact as individuals, for our team and through the business.

What types of clients get the most value working with you?

Emerging and rising leader who are director level to Executive VP level.

What’s inspiring you lately?

I am inspired by watching others figure out that what they thought was impossible, become possible. Currently that is my niece who is special needs and just turned 19. She recently ventured off to college. This was once impossible based on feedback during her formative years. But she's proving everyone wrong and challenging the rules!

Anything else you want to include in your profile?

I became a coach because I got to a point about 10 years ago, leading cross functional teams and strategic initiatives, and I thought, I don't remember this being the dream at 12! After doing my own work, I realized, it was the dream, I just needed to look at it differently. That lead me to coaching, and ultimately here!
