Intro

I am a certified coach who brings my 20 years of experience as a social worker to my coaching practice. My practice focuses on grief coaching but I also provide leadership and career coaching to select clients.

What is your specialization and style of coaching?

I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space to grieve, to learn about grief, and to figure out how to move forward with your grief. We will discuss grief-tending practices, how to honor your loss, how to (safely) feel your feelings, and how to take good care of yourself as you are navigating the rocky terrain of grief. Each session is tailored to exploring what you need in this moment in your grief journey.

What relevant qualifications do you have related to your specialization?

I am an International Coaching Federation Certified Coach, a certified Grief to Gratitude coach, and a masters-level social worker.

What types of clients do you enjoy working with?

I enjoy working with clients who are grieving all kinds of losses who are looking for support and strategies for moving forward with their grief.

What types of clients get the most value working with you?

Although I work with all people grieving all kinds of losses, my training makes me especially helpful to those who are grieving a parent.

I'm inspired by nature and love growing flowers or taking a run through a beautiful place or going birding!
