Intro

I’m a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with over 1000 hours of ICF-accredited coaching experience, and I’m passionate about supporting people through times of transition and growth. Over the years, I’ve worked with more than 300 clients—from individual contributors just starting out, to VPs and HR Directors leading large teams. My clients have come from industries as varied as tech (Salesforce, Splunk, Amazon), consulting (Accenture), and retail (Nordstrom). What they all had in common was being at a crossroads—navigating a restructure, shifting into a new career path, or stepping into leadership roles that required them to show up more visibly and with greater impact. In moments like these, what’s needed isn’t just tactical advice. It’s about building self-leadership, finding emotional clarity, and learning how to tell your story with confidence and authenticity. That’s the work I love doing most—and it’s what I help my clients achieve. If you’re facing change, looking for direction, or simply wanting to grow into the next version of yourself, I’d love to support you on that journey.

What is your specialization and style of coaching?

I work with people who are navigating change and want to feel more confident, visible, and in control of their professional path. A big part of my work is Transition Coaching,, I’ve supported employees at large corporate Tech firms and Consultancy during times of restructuring, helping them manage uncertainty while creating a strong and authentic professional narrative. I also love working on Visibility and Personal Brand Coaching, where the focus is on strategic communication—helping clients raise their profile, build influence, and feel seen for the value they bring. Alongside this, I often coach on Executive Presence, Leadership Development, and Career Advancement. No two coaching journeys look the same, so I tailor each session to clients' goals—whether that’s preparing for a leadership role, finding clarity in a career pivot, or building confidence in how they show up at work. My style is supportive but strategic: I’ll listen closely, ask the questions that matter, and help them uncover practical ways forward that align with who they are and where they want to go.

What types of clients do you enjoy working with?

I enjoy working with people who find themselves standing at a crossroads in their career or leadership journey. Sometimes that looks like stepping into a bigger, more visible role and wanting to show up with confidence. Other times it’s navigating a career transition, a restructure, or a moment of uncertainty where the path ahead doesn’t feel entirely clear. Many of my clients are ambitious professionals who care deeply about doing meaningful work. They often come to me because they want to strengthen their influence, visibility, and leadership presence—not just to get noticed, but to have their contributions truly valued. I love helping them discover how to communicate strategically, tell their story with impact, and align their actions with what matters most to them.

What types of clients get the most value working with you?

People who are open, curious, and ready to reflect on themselves—not only the professional goals they want to achieve, but also the kind of leader and person they want to become along the way. Ultimately, the clients who get the most value are those who are motivated not just by achieving their “next step,” but by growing into a more authentic, confident, and impactful version of themselves.

What’s inspiring you lately?

What’s been inspiring me lately are the quieter parts of life. I’ve been spending more time in nature—long walks where I can unplug, notice the seasons shifting, and just slow down. There’s something about seeing change happen gradually, in its own rhythm, that feels grounding and hopeful. Closer to home, my cat Schaefer has been another unexpected source of inspiration. He’s shy by nature, often torn between fear and curiosity. Watching him edge closer to the things that scare him—even if it takes time—reminds me how courage often shows up in small, steady steps. Both of these remind me that growth doesn’t always have to be dramatic. Sometimes the most inspiring changes are the quiet, consistent ones that build into something lasting.
