Intro

Courageous Conversations helps adults—especially those 50+—navigate life and career transitions with clarity and purpose. Led by a seasoned coach with deep expertise in organizational leadership, I support clients in aligning values, vision, and next-chapter goals. I also partner with leaders and teams using my CORE Strategy (Culture, Opportunity, Respect, Engagement) to strengthen workplace cultures and enhance effectiveness. My focus is simple: real conversations that create real movement.

What is your specialization and style of coaching?

(1) LIFE COACH: Stripped down, I'll help you figure out where you are, where you want to be, and what’s in the way. Think of it as structured conversations aimed at clarity, accountability, and movement. Different coaches lean different ways—some are more mindset-focused, some more practical, some specialize in career, relationships, or transitions. But the bottom line is: I don’t hand you the answers. I create space for you to hear your own. (2) CAREER COACH: In a nutshell, I'll help you figure out where you want to go professionally—and how to get there. I'll help you navigate what’s next in your professional life. Think of it as a mix of strategist, mirror, and motivator. Most career coaches focus on tactical career moves. I weave in life meaning, purpose, and personal reinvention. Career coaching isn’t about telling you what to do—it’s about helping you hear yourself, make confident decisions, and move forward with intention.

What relevant qualifications do you have related to your specialization?

(1) Coaches Training Alliance (CTA) certified coach (2) Doctorate <DBA> in Organizational Leadership from Argosy University (3) Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Certification from The University of South Florida, Muma College of Business (4) Certified DEI Consultant from the International Association of Professions Career College <IAP> (5) CORE <Culture, Opportunity, Respect, Engagement> Strategy Specialist (6) ACC certification <in work> from International Coaches Federation – ICF

What types of clients do you enjoy working with?

I enjoy working with adults—especially those 50 and beyond—who are navigating major life or career transitions and want clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of purpose. My favorite clients are thoughtful, driven, and ready for honest conversation that moves them forward. I also enjoy supporting professionals and leaders who value cultural awareness, integrity, and authentic engagement, including individuals who’ve felt unseen or underestimated in their workplaces. Whether they’re redefining their next chapter or strengthening how they show up as a leader, I help them align their values with action and create meaningful momentum.

What types of clients get the most value working with you?

I’m the right coach for adults—especially those 50+—who are ready for honest, forward-moving conversations about their next chapter. My clients are thoughtful, experienced, and committed to their own growth. They come to me when they’re navigating transitions, facing workplace bias or ageism, or looking to realign their purpose and leadership. I work best with people who want clarity, accountability, and a coach who doesn’t sugar-coat. If you’re seeking meaningful change and a partner who will challenge and support you in equal measure, you’ll thrive with me
