Intro

If you're feeling constantly stressed, overwhelmed, bored, or numb, despite your successes on paper—just like I was years ago—we need to talk!

What is your specialization and style of coaching?

I specialize in work and emotional burnout as a leadership and wellbeing coach. Clients have described me as both compassionate and results-oriented. We won’t just manage symptoms. We’ll address the root cause: getting clear on what matters to you, reclaiming your energy, and building your capacity to show up for what matters without losing yourself in the process. You’ll work with an ICF certified coach who combines therapeutic training (psychology, trauma-informed practices), mindfulness and spirituality (belief that we’re more than our physical bodies) with real organizational experience as a former management consultant who's guided leaders across 80+ global organizations. My approach honors and calls into action your wisdom of your mind, body, heart, and spirit, so that you can create a life that not only looks successful on paper, but feels enjoyable and meaningful. During your sessions, you explore what’s most important to YOU—not what your company or anyone else's agenda dictates. In between sessions, you receive reflection sheets to deepen your insights.

What relevant qualifications do you have related to your specialization?

* BA- Psychology (Stony Brook University); MA- Organizational Psychology (Columbia University) * iPEC Certified Professional Coach; Energy Leadership Index Assessment - Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) * Trained trauma-informed practitioner: Compassionate Inquiry (CI), Internal Family Systems (IFS)

What types of clients do you enjoy working with?

I work with a diverse group of adult clients from all walks of life, who are stuck in stress and want their lives back—whether from work stress, emotional exhaustion, or both. I enjoy witnessing my clients' coaching journey from pushing through the grind and losing themselves to reclaiming their clarity, confidence, and peace. People I work with desire to make a positive impact in the world, although the stress or burnout momentarily is dimming their light.

What types of clients get the most value working with you?

Clients who get results with me are: * Committed to prioritizing self-growth * Ready to get honest with themselves * Willing to experiment in between sessions

What’s inspiring you lately?

Whether it's being on water, hiking, gardening, foraging, or wildlife photography—the natural world continues to inspire me.
