Intro
The best coaching relationships are built on trust--the kind that allows for honesty, curiosity and growth. Coaching isn't about having all the answers; it's about creating space to explore new ones together. In that space, clarity starts to emerge, and confidence follows. Every leader brings a unique blend of strengths and experiences. When those are recognized and aligned, teams thrive. Coaching is about uncovering what's already there and strengthening it through practice, trust, and perspective. Drawing on years of experience in leadership and organizational development, I support leaders as they grow into the most grounded and effective version of themselves.
What is your specialization and style of coaching?
I enjoy working with capable, driven leaders who care about people and results--even if they're still learning how to balance the two. Many of my clients come to coaching in moments of transition: stepping into leadership for the first time, managing rapid growth, or navigating complex change. They may not arrive with perfect self-awareness, but they come with curiosity and the willingness to look inward. That's where growth begins. Much of that growth happens between our sessions, when reflection turns into practice. I often give small, intentional homework experiments that help clients test new mindsets and habits in real time. Together, we build the confidence, clarity, and presence that help them lead with purpose and connection.
What relevant qualifications do you have related to your specialization?
Certified Executive Coach, Certified Career Coach, Mental Fitness Coach, Genos Certified Practitioner, Leadership Versatility Certified Practitioner, MBTI Certified, Love + Work Leader Designation
What types of clients do you enjoy working with?
I enjoy working with people who care deeply about their work and their impact, whether they're leading others or navigating what's next in their careers. Many of my clients are in seasons of transition: stepping into leadership, expanding their influence, or re-imagining their professional path.
What types of clients get the most value working with you?
Clients who get the most value from our work are willing to slow down, reflect, and take ownership of their growth. They're ready to challenge old assumptions, explore new perspectives, and apply what they learn in real time. Clients who thrive in coaching with me value honesty, curiosity, and accountability. They discover that meaningful change doesn't come from working harder. It comes from leading with clarity, trust, and intention.
What’s inspiring you lately?
Lately, I've been inspired by writing and travel--especially the moments that reveal unexpected leadership lessons. I'm co-authoring a series of books on leadership and the real, human side of growth. When I travel, I love noticing how different cultures lead, connect, and create space for reflection. My recent trip to Japan reminded me how stillness, precision, and care can transform not just experiences--but teams too.
