What’s inspiring you lately?

Spending time in nature. Paddleboarding on Lake Tahoe. Growing and developing as a human being. Exploring bringing together the outdoors, coaching and sprinkling in a bit of levity.

With over a decade of experience coaching executives, leaders, individual contributors and entrepreneurs - from small businesses to multi-national corporations she brings a real-world, results-driven approach to leadership, personal growth and professional development.  She helps her clients gain clarity, develop confidence and act with courage so they can lead with authenticity, purpose and impact. Rebecca also serves on the faulty of an ICF accredited coach training school and wears the hat of mentor coach and trainer as she supports new and seasoned coaches in becoming more confident and competent. As a Certified Laughter Yoga Teacher, Rebecca coaches businesses, teams and individuals to bring more joy into their everyday lives and into the workplace. She has delivered laughter workshops and seminars to a variety of corporate, nonprofit, government and educational groups. With a background in program management and development, marketing, staff management, teaching and team building, she brings a wealth of experience and a joyful perspective to all of her workshops and client engagements.
