What types of clients do you enjoy working with?
I work with motivated people who are at an inflection point, or believe they may be approaching one. They may be ready to move to their next level, considering a pivot in strategic direction for their organization or for their own career, sensing a need to personally lead differently, or wanting to support their team in finding new ways of delivering value and finding opportunity in an environment of seemingly constant change, disruption and uncertainty.
What types of clients get the most value working with you?
The clients who get the most out of working with me have a lively sense of curiosity as well as a desire to create some kind of growth or change, whether in themselves or the systems in which they operate in. In particular, transformative success tends to happen when clients develop the willingness to inquire into their own habits of thinking and behaving and consider whether challenging some of their long-held ideas might open new possibilities.
What’s inspiring you lately?
Virtually any new discovery inspires and delights me - whether it comes in a coaching session, a professional collaboration, a mountain hike, a snorkeling trip, a new city, or a new find in my home town.
