Intro
All grief is real grief. Yours included. And you deserve support.
What is your specialization and style of coaching?
I support anyone navigating grief, especially people whose losses don't always fit the script. My approach is warm, grounded, and paced entirely to you. I create a steady, compassionate space — offering gentle structure and trauma-informed practices to help you reconnect with yourself, your needs, and your evolving sense of who you are. I believe grief is a reflection of love, and it deserves to be witnessed.
What relevant qualifications do you have related to your specialization?
Grief Coach certified through the Institute of Professional Grief Coaching (IOPGC), Certified Sound Healer through Solshine Wellness Certification in Trauma-Informed Leadership from the University of North Florida. Currently studying with David Kessler, Grief Educator Certificate anticipated in May 2026
What types of clients do you enjoy working with?
I work with people navigating any grief: partner and close-relationship loss, pet loss, job and identity-related grief, ambiguous loss and the quiet disorientation that follows when life no longer looks the way it once did. I also support anticipatory grief - people grieving someone who is still living — a loved one with dementia or chronic illness. All grief is real grief. Yours included. And you deserve support.
What types of clients get the most value working with you?
People who are looking for a warm and safe space for their grief to be held with care and compassion.
What’s inspiring you lately?
I'm inspiried by the power of nature to heal and work with my clients to develop an outdoor movement practice
Anything else you want to include in your profile?
I offer virtual and in-person one-on-one coaching and facilitate group grief sessions
