What is your specialization and style of coaching?
I specialize in coaching leaders in fast-paced environments, with a focus on: – women in tech – senior tech leaders – executives navigating high-stakes roles My approach blends: – strategic clarity – alignment work – whole-human leadership My style is grounded, direct, and shaped by 25+ years in global transformation.
What relevant qualifications do you have related to your specialization?
25 Years Leading Global Transformation, MBA, Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, Certified Portfolio and Project Manager (PMLG)
What types of clients do you enjoy working with?
I enjoy working with driven leaders who: – hold themselves to a high standard – want to be at their best so their teams can be at theirs – value authenticity and sustainable success – want a work life that supports their whole life These are leaders committed to growth for themselves, their teams, and their organizations.
What types of clients get the most value working with you?
The clients who benefit most are: – outwardly successful but privately running on empty – high-performing yet losing clarity or energy – ready for a strategic thought partner who understands complex leadership They want support aligning: – people – purpose – performance With space to think and a practical path forward, they step into bigger roles with confidence — and finally feel like themselves again.
What’s inspiring you lately?
I’m inspired by leaders who make courageous choices toward alignment, whether it’s a big leap or a subtle shift that changes everything. I’m drawn to Brené Brown’s idea of operationalizing values — translating what we care about into how we show up every day. On a personal level, I’ve been finding inspiration in creativity and nature. Gardening and painting have become quiet practices that help me reset, reconnect, and bring a deeper sense of presence to my coaching.
Anything else you want to include in your profile?
I’ve lived the cost of burnout — and the power of alignment. In the process of reclaiming their clarity and alignment, clients often experience tangible results like promotions, raises, and renewed leadership confidence as well.
