Intro
I help high-achieving individuals reignite their passion for life by breaking free from outdated scripts and embracing purpose, joy, and fulfillment.
What is your specialization and style of coaching?
I combine intellectual rigor and practical coaching with an emphasis on joy, presence, and adventure outside the traditional “grind” mindset.
What relevant qualifications do you have related to your specialization?
I am a Certified Executive Coach. Relevant qualifications also include a 20+ year executive career (Partner, CPO, COO), a Master’s in Sport Psychology, and a PhD in Adult Learning focused on performance and learning in the workplace. I also hold the Stanford Graduate School of Business LEAD certification and am certified to administer the Narrative Big Five Personality Assessment. Combined with extensive executive coaching experience and my own high-performance background, I offer clients both research-backed tools and lived expertise to help them build a life they love.
What types of clients do you enjoy working with?
People who feel they’re “meant for more”: leaders, founders, and professionals who want to push their comfort zone, reset their priorities, and pursue meaningful change.
What types of clients get the most value working with you?
Clients who are willing to experiment, take bold action, and be honest with themselves. Those ready to stop coasting, rethink what’s next, and move with intention see the biggest breakthroughs.
What’s inspiring you lately?
The science of reinvention, endurance training for Ironman, and watching people come alive again when they choose growth over comfort. Also: big mountains, misogis (transformative challenges), and great books.
Anything else you want to include in your profile?
I bring a mix of executive experience, research-backed tools, and lived reinvention—going from a senior leadership career to building a life and business aligned with purpose, challenge, and joy. My goal is simple: help people design a life that lights them up.
