Intro
I’m an ICF-PCC and BCC certified executive and leadership coach, former senior executive, and attorney who helps high-performing leaders navigate complexity with clarity, confidence, and greater ease. I bring a blend of strategic insight, real-world leadership experience, and grounded support to the clients I work with—and I care deeply about helping them lead well in all aspects of their lives.
What is your specialization and style of coaching?
I specialize in coaching leaders who operate in high-stakes, fast-moving, or highly regulated environments. My style is what I call empathetic candor—a mix of thoughtful listening, emotional intelligence, and direct, actionable guidance. Clients work with me because they appreciate a coach who is warm and supportive, but also honest and willing to challenge them when it matters. I integrate tools and certifications in strategic planning, culture change, influence, communication, and decision-making to keep our work both practical and impactful.
What relevant qualifications do you have related to your specialization?
I hold both a bachelors and juris doctorate from Villanova University and I completed my coach training at the Center for Executive Coaching.
What types of clients do you enjoy working with?
I love working with leaders who are thoughtful, curious, and committed to their own growth. Executives in transition, newly expanded roles, or navigating complex organizational dynamics energize me. I especially enjoy supporting women leading in male-dominated industries and leaders trying to balance demanding careers with equally demanding personal responsibilities.
What types of clients get the most value working with you?
Clients who get the most out of working with me tend to value honesty, accountability, and deep reflection. They’re ready to look beyond surface-level challenges and examine the patterns, assumptions, and habits shaping their leadership. Senior executives juggling competing pressures—and those looking to strengthen their presence, influence, and resilience—often tell me that our work together brings clarity they didn’t realize they were missing.
What’s inspiring you lately?
Lately, I’ve been inspired by the idea of “invisible threads”—the people, moments, and decisions that quietly shape our direction long before we realize it. I’m also fueled by time near the water, meaningful conversations, and those transition points in the year that remind me of the power of new beginnings. My clients and colleagues continually inspire me as well—their vulnerability, ambition, and resilience are a privilege to witness.
Anything else you want to include in your profile?
I’m certified in the LINC Personality Profiler and draw heavily on a diverse leadership path that includes executive roles in transportation infrastructure, service as an elected official, interim CEO experience, and nonprofit board work. I’m also a frequent speaker on topics such as executive presence, resilience, women in male-dominated environments, sandwich generation challenges, and leading with calm in chaos.
