Intro

“How is better possible?” This question drives my work as an executive coach, conversation conductor and leader. Encouraging and challenging others to be the very best they can be is both my talent and my lifework. Throughout my career, I have championed my clients as they find their voice and remove barriers that limit success.

What is your specialization and style of coaching?

Leadership and executive coaching are my favourite spaces to coach within. My approach is strengths focused and both conversation and transformative.

What types of clients do you enjoy working with?

I enjoy working with individuals at every level. Executives, Front-Line leaders, Leaders of leaders, high potential individual contributors, new leaders. Especially if they are excited about the possibilities.

What’s inspiring you lately?

The ebb and flow of life, how at times it can feel easier to navigate and what we can learn from those more challenging times. How navigating life transitions can be both daunting and exciting.

I’m the mother of 2 grown children, I love to travel and to be on on near the water.
