I specialize in leadership communication and interpersonal effectiveness, with a strong focus on: Strengthening self-awareness and emotional intelligence Improving timing, tone, tact, and message delivery Navigating challenging conversations with confidence Building trust, presence, and credibility as a leader Helping leaders understand how they give and receive information Supporting leaders who are managing complex environments, competing demands, or uncertainty Developing intentional leadership habits rather than reactive patter

What relevant qualifications do you have related to your specialization?

I have an Advanced Certified Team Coach credential from the International Coaching Federation, I am also certified in the Leadership Circle Profile assessment and EQi-2.0 (emotional intelligence) assessment. I also have a Masterful Coach Education certificate from George Mason University. I am an adjunct instructor, observer coach, and coach assessor for George Mason University.

What types of clients do you enjoy working with?

I enjoy working with clients who are transitioning into a higher level leadership position and want to position themselves for success.

Clients who are working toward specific leadership goals and clients who are transitioning in to a new phase of work or life enjoy working with me.

What’s inspiring you lately?

I am president of my Rotary Club and I am inspired by the work that we do to support the community - specifically supporting three Title I schools and a Meals of Hope food packing project that we are pursuing to feed people in our local area.

I am a professional soprano soloist and ensemble member, and enjoy coaching creatives including performing artists.
