Intro
What sets my approach apart: • Deep experience in evidenced-based coaching in both complex business environments and high-stakes roles • Focus on both results and relationships • Commitment to meeting leaders where they are, while challenging them to grow • Proven track record of helping leaders navigate complex transitions and build stronger teams I work best with leaders who: • Are ready to dig deep and do meaningful work • Value both performance and authentic leadership • Want to create positive change in their organizations • Seek to build more cohesive, high-performing teams The result? Leaders who lead with confidence, teams that collaborate effectively, and organizations that achieve exceptional outcomes.
What is your specialization and style of coaching?
I work with ambitious executives who respect expertise, crave substance over style, and are serious about leaving their organizations better than they found them. I bring proven, evidence-based frameworks to the complex, high-stakes work of leadership—meeting you where you are, then challenging you to go further. This isn't coaching for validation or quick fixes. Coaching is for leaders ready to get uncomfortable, face hard truths, and become leaders who don't just hit targets—they transform teams, cultures, and outcomes.
What relevant qualifications do you have related to your specialization?
Hogan Certification: Tier 1 and 2 Center for Creative Leadership: Benchmarks; 360 By Design; Executive Dimensions; Prospector; Skillscope MHS: Eqi2.0 and EQ 360 Marshall Goldsmith: Stakeholder Centered Coaching Certification Teleos Leadership Institute: Coach Development Certification PI Worldwide: Predictive Index Certification WBECS: ACE Certified Coach - Enhanced Practitioner Level Design Your Life: Certified Coach Positive Intelligence: PQ Coach IBM: Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner Wiley: DISC Certified and Five Behaviors Certified
What types of clients do you enjoy working with?
I work with senior executives and emerging leaders—presidents, VPs, firm partners, and high-potential talent ready for their next challenge. Regardless of title, they share a common trait: they're committed to growth, willing to be challenged, and understand that great leadership requires both drive and authenticity.
What types of clients get the most value working with you?
High-performing leaders who are already succeeding but want more. They know their blind spots are what's standing between good and great, and they're ready to uncover them.
What’s inspiring you lately?
My husband and I split our time between Minnesota summers and Florida winters these days. I'm a lifelong learner—currently deep into understanding people and AI. But the work I do—helping leaders see their blindspots and unlock their next level—still lights me up every single day.
Anything else you want to include in your profile?
I've walked in your shoes. Before becoming a coach, I was an executive navigating the same high-stakes pressures, leading across multiple continents while raising my daughter (who's now 30 and thriving in Tokyo). I know what it's like to juggle impossible demands, make tough calls with incomplete information, and wonder if anyone will tell you the truth about your impact.
