What’s inspiring you lately?

Over the years, I have sought and tested tools, strategies, and methods for personal healing and growth. I have also learned to personally expand and reflect on my experiences creatively through singing, playing guitar, songwriting, and poetry. Using metaphors and analogies, I am able to find peace, clarity, and personal expansion, which continually informs and enriches my coaching. In my work guiding voice, speech, and presentation—physically, emotionally, internally, externally, verbally, and non-verbally—I help clients release limitations and empower authentic expression. I focus on ensuring that message and tonality are congruent and integrated, allowing the speaker’s soul and authenticity to shine.
