What is your specialization and style of coaching?

I specialize in integration coaching for values-driven but context-constrained professionals. We can focus on three key areas from my Presence-Purpose-Impact framework: emotional agility and difficult conversations (staying grounded under pressure), values alignment and decision-making (doing work that feels meaningful), and strategic planning and influence (creating impact without compromising who you are). My approach combines proven methodologies and frameworks like IFS with direct, warm support. I help you see yourself and hear yourself think in a way that moves you forward, enabling you to navigate complexity without losing yourself.

What’s inspiring you lately?

To balance the virtual nature of my work, I spend time outside learning about South Indian flora and fauna, applying these insights as part of my permaculture design certificate on the farm where I live - this grounding in natural systems deepens my understanding of sustainable growth and regenerative approaches to both land and leadership.
