I love supporting my amazing clients to make significant and lasting changes. I believe everyone has something in the back of their head that they haven’t consciously connected with, yet. I'll support you to be brave, get it out in the open to help you transform your thinking and wellbeing, building awareness and stretching yourself to make changes that you’ll never look back from. I’ve coached 100s of clients for over 1,500 hours and I work online globally or face-to-face in Folkestone (Kent) and surrounding areas, and London.

What’s inspiring you lately?

Doing DIY in my new flat, watching the birds out of my window, pilates, walks by the sea with my friends.
