Intro

Karen Sadler BEd., MA., PCC., Career Coach/Leadership Coach/ADHD Coach I help executives, leaders and high performers unlock their potential, navigate career transitions, and create a life of balance and purpose. With 30+ years of experience across corporate, non-profit, government, and start-ups, I guide clients to build confidence, strengthen executive presence, and align their careers with their values. My clients have achieved promotions, stepped confidently into new leadership roles, and enhanced their team performance — all through a collaborative, strengths-based approach focused on the whole person.

What is your specialization and style of coaching?

I specialize in career growth, authentic leadership, executive presence, and thriving through change. My coaching is collaborative, practical, and tailored to each client, combining reflection, skill development, and insights that drive measurable outcomes. Clients often report increased confidence, clarity in decision-making, and the ability to navigate career transitions and leadership challenges successfully.

What relevant qualifications do you have related to your specialization?

Masters Degree in Leadership, Bachelor of Education with a Major in Special Education (Neurodiversity and ADHD), Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Certified, Hogan 360, MBTI Certified.

What types of clients do you enjoy working with?

I enjoy working with leaders, high performers, and emerging managers who are ready to grow, both in their careers and personally. I especially love supporting clients navigating change, building confidence, and aligning their work with their values and passions. Many of my clients have successfully stepped into executive and leadership roles, improved team effectiveness, and gained clarity on their career goals.

What types of clients get the most value working with you?

Clients who gain the most value from working with me are those who are ready to grow and thrive while honoring their unique strengths and identities. Clients gain the most value when they are committed to meaningful growth, whether that’s preparing for a promotion, strengthening leadership skills, or building emotional resilience. Clients who experience a gap between what they believe they can accomplish, and staying focused enough to accomplish it, find value in the strategies and systems we design together to create success.

What’s inspiring you lately?

Lately, I’ve been inspired by the resilience and creativity of the people I work with every day. Witnessing leaders and high performers step into their potential, embrace change, and create meaningful impact reminds me of the power of curiosity, courage, and reflection. I’m inspired by people discovering their strengths, growing through challenges, and creating lives and careers that reflect their true values and vision for success.

Anything else you want to include in your profile?

My background in educational psychology and commitment to honouring identity and true psychological safety enrich my coaching practice, especially for those with unique learning profiles, such as ADHD, and neurodiversity. I am also deeply connected to the LGBTQ+ community and bring a strong affinity to supporting individuals with underrepresented identities.
