Intro

Most people who come to me have tried to figure things out on their own for a long time. They're thoughtful, capable, often high-functioning. But somewhere along the way they've found themselves with nobody they can really talk to. Maybe it's office politics, or a fear of losing credibility. Maybe they don't want to burden the people they love, or they simply haven't found anyone with the capacity to truly see them in a way that helps. With me, what they find, usually in that first conversation, is something they weren't quite expecting. A sense of hope. Room to think. A connection and warmth. Questions they've never been asked before or allowed themselves to think about. I've been doing this work since the mid-2000s, with people across industries, ages and walks of life. Career transitions, leadership pressure, life decisions, patterns that won't shift. I bring a lot of tools and a lot of experience. But mostly I bring myself, and the genuine belief that the right depth of connection and conversation can change things.

What types of clients do you enjoy working with?

Thoughtful, curious, caring people facing challenges in work or life. People who've reached the limits of their own self-help and find themselves looping through the same patterns. People who feel lonely in leadership or in life, and struggle to find anyone who can really see and understand them. People who need a safe place to finally say the things they've been carrying, and who want someone who'll bring new tools and perspectives, and challenge them when it's needed. People who need a trusted thinking partner.

What types of clients get the most value working with you?

People who are deep and thoughtful, and who may be really struggling despite trying harder and harder to work it out on their own. People who are containing things they don't share with anyone else because they haven't had a safe enough place, or the right person to share those things with. In our work together they get that place. They get to surface what's holding them back, name what they actually need, and land on ideas and realisations that are genuinely their own. People often describe it as inspiring, motivating, and oddly lightening.

What’s inspiring you lately?

People who self-disclose their personal struggles and life dilemmas. Who name what's real and sit with it rather than mask over it. People who think bigger but stay humble, and keep others in mind as they do. And people who stay in relationship when it's meaningful, but have the discernment and maturity to know when it's time to leave. Because when they do stay, especially when it gets hard, which it always does, that's how trust is built. And that's what makes us human.
