Intro

Trauma-Informed PCC Coach | Supporting thoughtful, caring people through life, career, and leadership transitions with clarity, resilience, and self-awareness. Uncertain, overwhelmed, or at a crossroads? Let’s explore it together. I work with thoughtful, caring people navigating life, career, or leadership transitions—times when the path forward feels uncertain, stressful, overwhelming, or unclear. Sometimes challenges feel too big to face alone, and having a trusted sounding board can help you regulate, reflect, and explore options. Since the mid-2000s, I’ve supported hundreds of people across industries, ages, and levels through career changes, major life transitions, leadership dilemmas, and periods of significant challenge and uncertainty. My approach is trauma-informed, whole-person, and practical, combining reflection, embodiment, and evidence-based frameworks in a way that honours your story, pace, and values. Coach Style: Warm, Empowering, Safe, Insightful

Trauma-Informed Transitions

What relevant qualifications do you have related to your specialization?

Certified Trauma-Informed Coach, Narrative Enneagram Certified, Global Leadership Profile Certified, Vertical Mindset Indicator Certified, MBTI Certified, Love + Work Certified.

What types of clients do you enjoy working with?

I enjoy working with thoughtful, curious, and caring people who are navigating change, seeking clarity, and open to reflection and growth.

What types of clients get the most value working with you?

People get the most value working with me when they are looking for a trusted sounding board, a safe space to explore what’s happening in their life or career, and support in building a toolkit to set direction and take meaningful steps forward.

What’s inspiring you lately?

I’m inspired by the courage and honesty people show when navigating life’s transitions. Watching clients slow down enough to listen to themselves, face uncertainty, and take the next right step reminds me how much capacity and potential we all have when we feel supported. I’m also moved by thinkers and creators who speak openly about their struggles, navigate complexity with integrity, and keep trying to do good in a world that often demands compromise.
