Jennifer Nielsen is the owner of Nielsen Executive Coaching LLC and the founder of the EvolveByNEC© Leadership Academy. With more than 20 years of corporate management experience, she has coached over 300 multicultural professionals across Fortune 1000 companies. Jennifer specializes in supporting leaders to overcome mental and systemic barriers by embracing their authentic strengths and cultivating meaningful relationships. She is deeply committed to supporting executives and emerging leaders who feel stressed, overwhelmed, or held back by imposter syndrome.
