Intro

I help professionals become possibility thinkers by using the power of options. I believe that we always have the option to become better at who we are and what we do. Over the past two decades, I coached hundreds of C-suite executives, leaders, professionals, and entrepreneurs across industries from start-ups to corporate, private to public, and local to global. I had leadership roles in Fortune 500 companies in tech at Salesforce and in finance at Wells Fargo. I am a frequent contributor to Harvard Business Review and I teach at Purdue University.

What is your specialization and style of coaching?

I have two specializations: 1) leadership coaching (professionals who want to become better at delegating, influencing, decision making, manage a team, etc.) and 2) radical career change coaching (professionals who want to make a fundamental professional transition, not just a job change).

What’s inspiring you lately?

I read / follow neuroscientists and I learned a lot about how the brain works. I am brining that in my coaching sessions.
