Erica is a leadership and executive coach, certified coach supervisor, and licensed mental health therapist with over 25 years of combined experience supporting leaders to grow their mental and emotional agility, expand their capacity, and thrive in both their professional and personal lives. She is especially skilled at guiding leaders through transition—whether navigating new roles, shifting identities, or stepping into greater visibility—and is passionate about helping people reconnect with their values, replenish their energy, and lead from a place of wholeness and alignment.
