Intro
I help thoughtful, high performing professionals who feel stuck, restless, or misaligned in their careers find clarity, confidence, and a direction that actually fits who they are. At North Star Career Coaching, we do not chase titles or external validation. We work on reconnecting you with what truly matters to you, your values, your strengths, your energy, and your real ambitions, so you can make career decisions from a place of self trust instead of fear. Most of my clients are expats and international professionals navigating change, burnout, or a quiet sense of this is not it anymore. Together, we create a clear personal and professional North Star and turn it into a realistic plan with momentum, structure, and accountability. This is not about fixing you. You are not broken. It is about helping you build a career and life that feels aligned, calm, and genuinely yours. If you are tired of drifting or performing and want to move forward with clarity and self respect, you are in the right place.
What is your specialization and style of coaching?
I specialize in career transitions for mid level, millennial expats who feel stuck, misaligned, or ready for their next chapter. Most of my clients are doing well on paper but feel restless, burnt out, or unsure about their direction. I help them reconnect with their values, strengths, and real ambitions, and turn that clarity into a realistic plan for their next move. My coaching style is calm, warm, optimistic, and practical. We go deep where it matters, but we always translate insight into action so you can move forward with confidence, structure, and momentum instead of overthinking or fear.

What types of clients do you enjoy working with?
I enjoy working with thoughtful, curious, and self aware professionals who feel that something in their career no longer fits and are ready to look at it honestly. I especially enjoy working with people who are kind, reflective, action-oriented, and willing to take responsibility for their growth, even when they feel uncertain or afraid. Those are the clients who get the deepest and most lasting results.
What types of clients get the most value working with you?
The clients who get the most value working with me are mid level, millennial expats who feel stuck, misaligned, or at a crossroads in their career and are genuinely ready to reflect and take action. They may be successful on paper but feel restless, disconnected, or unsure about their next move. They are open to looking honestly at what is not working, clarifying what they really want, and doing the inner and outer work required to change it.
What’s inspiring you lately?
I use as source of inspiration the following people (and i read their books or listen to them when i need it: - Simon Sinek - Richard Branson - Obama - David Siegel (ex-ceo of meetup.com)
Anything else you want to include in your profile?
My 'flaghsip' program is North Star Journey, 10 sessions where i cover: 1. clarity (strenghts , values, vision...) 2. Discovery (expanding options and prioritising the best fit) 3. Action (creating consistent action per each of the career tracks chosen) At the end of the program, the coachee has a very high level of self awareness and clarity in their direction. They've mapped and prioritised the best fitting career tracks, and they are already getting momentum with aligned actions for each of the tracks.
