Intro

I help high-achieving women and leaders who are navigating loss, transition, or major life challenges reconnect with clarity, confidence, and emotional well-being. With a calm, perceptive approach, I offer guidance that helps you see yourself clearly again and move forward with purpose, steadiness, and self-trust.

What is your specialization and style of coaching?

My specialties are life transitions, loss & grief, identity shifts and leadership. My coaching blends deep emotional insight with strategic clarity to help high-achieving women reconnect with themselves after seasons of stress, change, or loss. I don’t believe in pushing harder, overriding your intuition, or forcing your way through struggle. Instead, I help you slow down just enough to hear what your inner wisdom has been trying to tell you and then translate that wisdom into aligned action. My coaching has a unique blend of: leadership psychology, emotional intelligence, identity work, compassionate communication, Neuroencoding, grief literacy, and mental fitness.

What relevant qualifications do you have related to your specialization?

I hold a Masters degree in Psychology,. I am also a certified Neuroencoding Specialist, certified Brain Health Trainer, certified Behavioral Consultant, DISC certified and certified Grief Educator.

What types of clients do you enjoy working with?

I enjoy working with high achieving women & leaders who are intelligent, committed to their growth, driven, solution focused & oriented, open to change, ambitious, and capable but not interested in pretending everything is fine. They value inner work as much as outer success and are seeking a deeper, more grounded way to move forward.

What types of clients get the most value working with you?

Those who are not in victimhood, are open to coaching and seeking change and take full personal responsibility for their life and their results.

What’s inspiring you lately?

I love long walks in nature, yoga, listening to podcasts and soft music, trying out new plant-based recipes, salsa dancing, and spending time with my 4 cats.

Anything else you want to include in your profile?

I embody the work that I do. I've integrated my personal experiences of loss (4 miscarriages, loss of my dad) and health challenges (breast cancer & rheumatoid arthritis), made meaning from these experiences and rebuild with intention to create a life I love.
