I am your thought partner, helping you to align with what you truly care about, creating your desired outcomes with integrity and authenticity. I help people move through transitional times to greater insight, clarity and accountability in order to face what's next with confidence, and to lead organizations toward wellness, conscious communication, innovation, and outstanding execution. I am an ICF certified coach (PCC) specializing in Leadership and Personal Growth and a National Board Certified Health and Wellness coach (NBC-HWC) focusing on wellbeing through self care. I've coached hundreds of individuals and have over 2500 hours of coaching experience.

What is your specialization and style of coaching?

I specialize in coaching the whole person. I believe the lens from which we view the world determines what is possible. Taking inventory of the many facets of you and viewing them from different vantage points can help to realign and get to the best you possible, no matter where you are now. Within you is everything you need to make your life all it can be. My apporach to coaching is through authenticity, empathic and direct observation with a healthy dose of humor thrown in.

What’s inspiring you lately?

Being in nature. I've moved to a rural setting for the first time in my life and am receiving more joy than I ever imagined from the natural world around me, particularly the deer, chipmunks and birds that abound here.
