With over 10 years of coaching experience, it continues to be my passion to support people in discovering more meaning, purpose and satisfaction in their personal and professional lives. I combine both evidence based coaching practices with a whole person approach; meeting each unique individual where they’re currently at. I'm known for offering a warm, approachable and direct communication style, strongly informed by the belief that everyone deserves to thrive and is capable of creating positive changes for themselves. With a career spanning over 25 years across a variety of industries, my background includes corporate finance, conflict management, facilitation, and coaching.

I specialize in career strategy and transitions, leadership development, personal branding and well-being. My coaching style is solution focused and adaptive, with an emphasis on leveraging clients' strengths to make progress.

Anything else you want to include in your profile?

Fun fact about me, outside of work, I compete in scent detection trials with my 5 year old German Shepherd Dog and we have earned several titles and awards over the past 4 years. I've learned a lot about myself through training and competing in this sport with my beloved furry four-legged partner and team mate.
