Intro

I empower leaders, professionals, executives, and teams to show up with confidence, clarity, and presence in their work. Through coaching, I enable clients to strengthen their leadership identity, increase visibility, and progress their careers in ways that are aligned and sustainable. My approach is practical, relational, and focused on real-world impact.

What is your specialization and style of coaching?

I specialise in leadership development for professionals, executives, and teams who want to strengthen their leadership presence, increase visibility, and progress their careers with confidence. My coaching focuses on personal brand, authentic leadership, and sustainable performance, particularly for clients navigating growth, transition, or burnout. My style is warm, relational, and reflective, balanced with clear challenge and practical direction. I enable clients to build self-awareness, translate insight into action, and show up with greater impact in complex professional environments.

What relevant qualifications do you have related to your specialization?

I am an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC), and an EMCC Senior Practitioner with Global Supervision accreditation (ESIA). I am also a Certified Master Coach through the Institute of Management Consultants & Master Coaches of South Africa. My background includes extensive experience working with leadership psychometric tools, including Hogan (HPI, HDS, MVPI), 360 and EQ assessments, team effectiveness surveys, Enneagram, and archetypal profiling. I hold a Diploma in Coaching Supervision (2024) and have completed advanced training in business coaching, team effectiveness, neuroleadership, and inspired leadership through institutions including GIBS, CTI, NeuroLeadership Group, and Case Western Reserve University.

What types of clients do you enjoy working with?

I enjoy working with leaders and professionals who invest in their development and take ownership of their growth. This often includes executives and teams seeking greater leadership presence, visibility, and impact while avoiding burnout. I value clients who are open, self-aware, and willing to be thoughtfully challenged.

What types of clients get the most value working with you?

Clients who get the most value from working with me are leaders, professionals, executives, and teams who are ready to reflect honestly and translate insight into action. They are often navigating increased responsibility, visibility, or career progression and want to strengthen leadership presence without sacrificing wellbeing. These clients are open, engaged, and willing to be thoughtfully challenged.

What’s inspiring you lately?

Lately, I’ve been inspired by working on publishing a book on archetypal leadership while also preparing for my first textile art exhibition. Both are deepening my thinking about presence, creativity, and identity, and how these qualities show up in leadership, work, and life.

Anything else you want to include in your profile?

I’m committed to creating a thoughtful, confidential coaching space grounded in practicality. I bring a calm, considered presence and partner with clients to navigate complexity with clarity, confidence, and intention in evolving environments.
