Intro

I'm a Professionally Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), with over 3,000 coaching hours and counting. My journey into coaching followed more than 15 years in the corporate world, where I held roles at organizations including PwC, BMO, BDO, and Thames Water (UK). That experience gave me a strong foundation in leadership, communication, and navigating complex change — and ultimately inspired me to pursue my passion: helping others build on their strengths to achieve meaningful goals. With academic degrees in Psychology and Sociology, I’ve always been fascinated by human behavior and motivation. I’m committed to my own ongoing development and have completed advanced training in areas such as Motivational Decision Making, Positive Intelligence, DEI, Limiting Beliefs, Story Framing, how the Brain Works, Cognitive Bias, and the Neuroscience of Change. Today, I bring together my education, corporate experience, and deep commitment to personal growth to partner with clients who are ready to explore change, embrace their potential, and move forward with intention.

What types of clients do you enjoy working with?

I work best with people who are open to growth — individuals who are ready to explore change, committed to focusing on where they want to be, and willing to take intentional steps to get there. While I welcome clients from all backgrounds and levels of experience, I especially connect with women who are navigating the complex balance of being both a mom and a professional. These are women who are: ~Managing high expectations at work and at home ~Constantly putting others first, often at the expense of their own needs ~Struggling to prioritize self-care without guilt ~Wanting to be present for their families without losing their sense of self As a working mom myself, I understand these challenges firsthand. I offer a supportive, judgment-free space where you can focus on you — your goals, your well-being, and the version of yourself you want to reclaim or become. If you’re ready to invest in yourself while still showing up for everyone else, I’m here to help you find that balance — with compassion, clarity, and practical tools that work for your real life.

What types of clients get the most value working with you?

They’re willing to take an honest, courageous look within — to explore the role they play in their own lives, and how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors impact themselves and those around them. They understand that growth isn’t always comfortable, but they’re motivated to move forward — from where they are now to where they want to be. They come to coaching not just looking for answers, but ready to do the work. My clients value reflection, personal responsibility, and progress. They know that lasting change starts from the inside out — and they’re ready to show up fully for that journey.

What’s inspiring you lately?

I consider myself a pragmatic optimist — someone who understands that life doesn’t always go as planned, but believes there’s always something to be gained, even in the setbacks. One quote that truly resonates with me is from Nelson Mandela: “I never lose. I either win or learn.” This perspective guides me in every area of my life — as a parent, a partner, and a coach. I believe that even in the moments that don’t unfold the way we hoped, there’s still value. There’s still growth. There’s still a lesson waiting to be discovered. By embracing both the challenges and the opportunities, I aim to support myself and others through life’s unexpected turns — helping us all move forward with greater awareness, resilience, and compassion.

Anything else you want to include in your profile?

I stepped into coaching after navigating years of personal and professional transition. Through those experiences, I discovered a deep passion for growth, resilience, and meaningful change. Today, I’m grateful to partner with others on their own journeys — supporting them as they move forward with clarity, purpose, and confidence into the next chapter of their lives. Coaching is my passion profession
