Intro

My 30 year professional career in human development and change management, together with my professional coaching experience enables me to work with a variety of different clients covering a range topics. I believe in a whole person approach to my coaching which means that I work in partnership with my clients to fully understand what may be preventing progress in a particular area. Taking time to really understand what changes the client wishes to make is important in my approach.

What is your specialization and style of coaching?

My coaching approach draws from a range of psychological theories and coaching approaches. This enables me to meet my clients where they are at and adapt my style to suit their needs. Having said this, I often find myself working with strengths, values, drivers and positive psychology tools and techniques. I am non-judgmental and highly supportive, providing a safe space to discuss challenges and opportunities

Mainly clients who are mid career and looking to achieve promotion within their existing companies or a new role externally.

What types of clients get the most value working with you?

Clients who are willing to open up and share their feelings. Clients who make time for reflection in between sessions.

I am inspired by the outside world whether that is being in the countryside or by the sea.
