What is your specialization and style of coaching?

I'm an optimist at heart and I combine that with personal responsibility. The result is that, when we own our lives, we become powerful and we thrive. The things that we don't know that we don't know provide us with the potential to become the best version of ourselves. I love to safely guide people to the unknown where new possibilities lie.

Anyone who wants to grow and be a better version of themselves. Everyone loves to have grown. But it's often hard to grow. I partner with you to get to that accomplished place!

What types of clients get the most value working with you?

Clients that are curios and are willing to look deep within to effect substantial and lasting change. Clients that want transformation get more out me that those that stop an inspiration alone.

What’s inspiring you lately?

The profound opportunity that's packed in every moment. It is shown to us though presence and personal resilience aids this by increasing our ability to recognize, tolerate and stay with what's actually happening to us.
