As an executive coach to over 160 nonprofit leaders, I’ve helped them navigate a perfect storm of financial pressure and relentless demands. Together, we’ve raised $38 million, saved jobs, and expanded programs to serve over 1.4 million people — all while helping these leaders stop spinning their wheels and start leading with soulful vision, grounded in our shared kuleana (responsibility) to uplift the community.

What is your specialization and style of coaching?

I specify in coaching nonprofit arts leaders, and my style is holistic. This means I blend executive coaching with life coaching because we bring our whole selves to our work.

What relevant qualifications do you have related to your specialization?

Certified in Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), EFT (aka tapping), hypnotherapy, TIME techniques, Internal Family Systems (IFS). Lifelong career in nonprofit performing arts and festival producing. 10 years as an executive director.

Nonprofit arts leaders, artists, new executive directors or other leaders new to their role.

What types of clients get the most value working with you?

People who are open to magic and miracles. I am a woo-woo coach who uses the archetypes of tarot, astrology, and world religions as much as I use SMART goals and donor analysis to support my clients in achieving their goals.

What’s inspiring you lately?

I am constantly inspired by living in Hawaii and the process of decolonizing myself; by the land, ocean, and sky here as metaphor; and by playing on an improv comedy team.
