Intro

I’m Ana-Maria Kică-Roșie, Professional Certified Coach (ICF) and psychotherapist, specializing in somatic and trauma-informed coaching. I help ambitious, sensitive, and growth-oriented people navigate transitions, calibrate their leadership presence, and reconnect with their inner resources. With a background in corporate leadership and over 6 years of coaching leaders globally, I bring both strategic clarity and deep psychological insight to the process. My work integrates coaching, somatic experiencing, emotional regulation and systemic thinking to create sustainable, embodied change, not just mindset shifts. My clients choose this work when they want clarity, alignment, and a grounded way of moving through complexity.

What is your specialization and style of coaching?

I specialize in somatic and trauma-informed coaching, supporting people who are navigating transitions, leadership challenges, emotional overload or a sense of being “stuck” internally. My style is calm, present and deeply attuned. I work at the intersection of mind and body, helping clients access clarity not just through insight, but through a regulated nervous system and a grounded sense of self. In our work together, we slow down enough to notice what’s really happening beneath the surface — patterns, emotions, protective strategies — and we create space for new choices, stronger boundaries and more aligned action. Clients often tell me they come for clarity, but stay for the way they feel in the process: safer, more connected to themselves, and more able to move through complexity with confidence.

What relevant qualifications do you have related to your specialization?

BA in both Psychology and Marketing Somatic Experiencing™ Practitioner Integral Somatic Psychology™ Practitioner Trained Psychotherapist in Psychodrama

What types of clients do you enjoy working with?

I enjoy working with clients in moments of transition: leaders, professionals at crossroads and thoughtful, sensitive people who want deeper clarity, emotional balance and a more grounded way of moving through change. I work best with those who are curious, open and ready to look honestly at what’s happening inside, not just at the surface.

What types of clients get the most value working with you?

Clients who get the most value from working with me are those who are self-aware enough to sense that something needs to shift, even if they don’t yet know what. People navigating pressure, transitions or internal blocks who are open to slowing down, feeling what’s underneath the surface and exploring new ways of leading, relating and being.

What’s inspiring you lately?

Lately I’ve been inspired by slower living, somatic practices that bring me back into my body, and long conversations that open new ways of seeing. I’m also finding a lot of energy in studying the deep layers of embodying emotions and in noticing the small, quiet things that make life feel more grounded and meaningful.
